                              RESOLUTION NO. 21523
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 QUITCLAIM DEEDS CONVEYING THE CITY OF
                 CHATTANOOGA'S INTEREST IN CERTAIN BACK TAX
                 PROPERTIES, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN,
                 TO THE CHATTANOOGA HOUSING AUTHORITY TO
                 FACILITATE THE SOUTHERN STREET PROJECT.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute Quitclaim Deeds conveying the City of Chattanooga's
       interest in certain back tax properties to the Chattanooga 
Housing
       Authority to facilitiate the Southern Street Project, said
       properties more particularly described as Tax Parcel Nos.
       136K-A-8, 136K-A-9, 136K-A-10, 136K-A-14, 136K-C-5, 136K-C-6 and
       136K-C-7.
